Il poco spazio non è un ostacolo. Con la navetta compatta, CMA ha una soluzione convincente da offrire come alternativa al robot carosello. La tavola rotante aggiuntiva consente di ruotare il pezzo davanti al robot. VERNICIATURA DELLE ANTE DELLE PORTE SU ENTRAMBI I LATI CON IMPILATORE AUTOMATICO

L'unità è dotata di un dispositivo di impilamento automatico da un carrello, in cui è integrato uno scanner. Questo riconosce la forma della porta e genera automaticamente un programma dall'immagine risultante. Il carosello permette di verniciare il pezzo su entrambi i lati in un unico serraggio. Mentre si vernicia da un lato, il pezzo successivo viene alimentato dall'altro. Il sistema può essere adattato a diversi pezzi. Il dispositivo di impilamento automatico dal carrello consente il funzionamento non presidiato del sistema di verniciatura per un lungo periodo di tempo.

PAINTING OF DOOR LEAVES ON BOTH SIDES WITH AUTOMATIC STACKING DEVICE

The unit has an automatic stacking device from a trolley, in which a scanner is integrated. This recognizes the shape of the door and automatically generates a program from the resulting image. The carousel makes it possible to paint the workpiece on both sides in one clamping. While coating on one side, the next workpiece is fed in on the other. The system can be adapted to different workpieces. The automatic stacking device from the trolley allows unmanned operation of the painting system for a long time.

Il cliente ha chiesto di fornire una soluzione automatica sulla nuova linea di spruzzatura per gruppi di alimentazione agricola su trasportatori sospesi. CMA ha fornito due robot per la soffiatura più quattro robot per l'applicazione di primer e top coat, provvedendo anche all'attrezzatura di verniciatura con pompe ad ingranaggi sviluppata in collaborazione con fornitori locali.

Il cliente ha scelto l’innovazione industriale CMA per eco-tecnologie di verniciatura per linee ad alta produttività, integrate in un impianto a basso impatto ambientale.

CMA INSTALLATION FOR PAINTING IN ACE SECTOR

The customer asked to provide an automatic solution on the new spraying line for agricultural feed units on suspended conveyors. CMA supplied two spray robots for air blowing and four robots for the application of primers and top coats, also providing the spraying equipment with gear pumps developed in collaboration with local suppliers.

The customer chose CMA's industrial innovation for eco-technologies of painting for high productivity lines, integrated in a plant with low environmental impact.

PRETRATTAMENTO COMPLETAMENTE AUTOMATICO DEI TELAI DEI VEICOLI CON ROBOT CMA ROBOTICS

Presso un grande produttore di veicoli di stoccaggio e di sistema per l'intralogistica, due robot CMA hanno recentemente assicurato che i telai dei veicoli siano pretrattati in modo completamente automatico nella nuova linea di polveri. Per ottenere una buona accessibilità e la minor contaminazione possibile della meccanica con la polvere nel sistema a orologeria, i due robot sono stati attaccati ad un asse di traslazione lineare. Per eliminare le collisioni causate da un errato inserimento di informazioni di tipo, viene effettuato un confronto tra il numero e un'immagine del pezzo prima della stazione. La verniciatura a polvere completamente automatica delle scaffalature del telaio raggiunge una qualità costantemente elevata, aumenta la produttività del sistema e solleva i verniciatori manuali da un'attività fisicamente impegnativa.

FULLY AUTOMATIC PRE-TREATMENT OF VEHICLE CHASSIS WITH CMA ROBOTS

For a large manufacturer of storage vehicles and intralogistics systems, two CMA robots have recently ensured that vehicle chassis are pretreated fully automatically in the new powder line. To ensure good accessibility and the least possible contamination of the mechanics with dust in the clockwork system, the two robots were attached to a linear traversing axis. In order to eliminate collisions caused by incorrectly entered type information, a comparison is made between the number and an image of the part before the station. The fully automatic powder coating of the frame racks achieves a consistently high quality, increases the productivity of the system and relieves the manual painters of a physically demanding task.

IL POTENTE SISTEMA DI SCANSIONE SUPPORTA LA VERNICIATURA A POLVERE DEI MOBILI IN ACCIAIO

Il robot utilizzato per la verniciatura a polvere dei mobili in acciaio è dotato di un potente sistema di scanner. Esso registra la forma e la posizione dei componenti e li confronta con un'immagine di riferimento. Questo assicura che il pezzo giusto sia effettivamente verniciato a polvere. Viene registrata la posizione del pezzo da verniciare. Con l'aiuto della correzione della posizione, l'altezza e la posizione del pezzo possono poi essere adattate al trasportatore. La terza caratteristica del sistema di scansione è la generazione automatica per i pezzi piatti. Ciò significa che i programmi vengono generati automaticamente dall'acquisizione delle immagini, senza il classico insegnamento dei punti. In combinazione con due assi di sollevamento verticali che applicano la verniciatura a polvere sulle superfici, il robot assicura un rivestimento ottimale di qualità costantemente elevata e spessore uniforme dello strato su tutto il pezzo. La verniciatura a polvere viene eseguita su due linee, una per l'alloggiamento, l'altra per le parti piane. Contemporaneamente all'installazione dei robot di verniciatura, si è passati dalla verniciatura a umido a quella a polvere. Questo è stato anche associato ad un notevole risparmio di vernice e ad una maggiore capacità.

POWERFUL SCANNING SYSTEM SUPPORTS POWDER COATING OF STEEL FURNITURE

The robot used for the powder coating of steel furniture is equipped with a powerful scanner system. It records the shape and position of the components and compares them with a reference image. This ensures that the right workpiece is actually powder-coated. The position of the part to be coated is recorded. With the help of the position correction, the height and position of the workpiece can then be adapted to the conveyor. The third feature of the scanner system is auto-generation for flat parts. This means that the programs are generated automatically by image acquisition, without the classic teaching of the points. In combination with two vertical lifting axes that apply the powder coating to the surfaces, the robot ensures an optimal coating of consistently high quality and uniform layer thickness over the entire workpiece. The powder coating is carried out over two lines, one for the housing, the other for the flat parts. At the same time as the painting robots were installed, there was a switch from wet to powder paint. This was also associated with significant paint savings and increased capacity.

CMA IMPIANTO PER LA VERNICIATURA DI RIMORCHI E AUTOCISTERNE

Il cliente ha chiesto di fornire un impianto di automazione completo per una nuova linea di spruzzatura. CMA ha fornito una soluzione composta da n. 02 robot personalizzati per la verniciatura di rimorchi e autocisterne. Il tratto totale percorso da entrambi i robot è di 18m. L'attrezzatura di spruzzatura con pompe 2 pistoni e miscelazione 2K è stata sviluppata e fornita in collaborazione con un fornitore locale.

Il cliente ha scelto la rivoluzione CMA Robotics per l’applicazione robotizzata e in elettrostatica di vernici base acqua per semirimorchi e casse ribaltabili.

CMA INSTALLATION FOR PAINTING TRANK TRUCKS

The customer asked to supply a complete automation system for a new spray line. CMA supplied a solution consisting of n. 02 customized spraying robots for tank trucks. The total distance covered by both robots is 18m. The spraying equipment with 2 piston pumps and 2K mixing was developed and supplied in cooperation with a local supplier.

The customer chose the CMA Robotics revolution for the robotic and electrostatic application of water-based paints for semi-trailers.

CMA Robotics has designed an automatic system with vision scanner to meet customer requirements for spraying glue on foam materials for the production of pruners and sofas, with the aim of increasing quality and productivity. The vision system allows the operator to load the pieces on the conveyor belt and the CMA software processes the spraying program in autogeneration according to the rules, parameters and modalities predefined for the working cycle.
