THE ROBOT WITH HOLLOW WRIST FOR QUALITY PAINT JOB

Anthropomorphic robot with six degrees of freedom, with hollow wrist, that makes it possible to use up to three guns simultaneously.

The lacquering circuit runs inside the arm, keeping the robot clean and eliminates any risk of damaging the painting pieces. Thanks to the structure it is possible to process large pieces and can be synchronized with the conveyor to track the items.

The payload is 10 kg and allows the use of rotating bells, or a set of multiple guns. It reduces cycle times and permits the use of multiple colors saving the time of washing the circuit. The stiffness and precision of this robot makes it possible to reach an excellent quality. This model is designed to host on board pumps and color change, managed by the robot controller, in order to be faster, reduce losses and guarantee higher quality.
