THE ROBOT WITH HOLLOW WRIST FOR QUALITY PAINT JOB

Anthropomorphic robot with six degrees of freedom, with hollow wrist, that makes it possible to use up to three guns simultaneously.

The lacquering circuit runs inside the arm, keeping the robot clean and eliminates any risk of damaging the painting pieces. Thanks to the structure it is possible to process large pieces and can be synchronized with the conveyor to track the items.

The payload is 10 kg and allows the use of rotating bells, or a set of multiple guns. It reduces cycle times and permits the use of multiple colors saving the time of washing the circuit. Thanks to the structure it is possible to process large pieces, and it can be synchronized with the conveyor to track the items. In case of large size workpieces, the robot can be mounted on translation carriages.

This model is characterized by high precision and speed. The payload of 8 kg grants the possibility to install multiple guns at the same time. It can be installed on carousel (GR 680 G) with 2 or more arms. Arms are provided with a rotation unit synchronized with the robot and can be adjusted accordingly to the different working needs. Pieces are loaded manually or automatically in a safe area.

The carousel operates the product positioning to the front side for processing then bringing it back to the unloading area. Carousel rotation is performed by a controlled axis with adjustable speed control.
